we’re here for all your questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Therapy can support you through many challenges — including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, lack of confidence and low self-esteem. It’s a safe space to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and develop healthier Coping mechanism.

Each session typically lasts 50–60 minutes. This gives enough time to talk through your concerns while keeping the pace manageable and focused.

Every journey is different. Some people feel better after just a few sessions, while others
benefit from ongoing support. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended, while the maximum
depends on your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your goals and pace.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is at the heart of therapy. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist, creating a safe and judgment-free space for healing.

We strictly follow BACP guidelines for maintaining confidentiality and deal with safeguarding
concerns accordingly.

Both male and female therapists available.
